Launcher Air Filtration Facility at Lowry 724-C looking down the personnel access tunnel which is perhaps a scant 24" in diameter and made even more constricting by the presence of several runs of metal conduit passing through it. The black rubber of the water stop seal can be seen connecting the blast lock below with the tunnel overhead.
