Presumed to be taken in the early 1970's, this photo shows cabling removed for salvage in the main tunnel junction (T.J.#10) laying on the deck in front of the raw water tanks (not visible). View is looking toward the open doorway into the power house. Note that the power house doors have been removed during salvage. The generators have already been removed and this does not appear to be a Lowry site as the construction of the floor and mezzanine are inconsistent with that of the 724th and 725th sites.
